Bardzo nowoczesny apartament w samym centrum miasta, do Rynku Głównego tylko 5 minut na nogach. Bardzo blisko do dworca kolejowego i Galerii Krakowskiej. Polecam ps w budynku jest ogrzewany parking podziemny dla samochodów.

Plusy: atrakcyjne położenie, wszystko w pobliżu - centrum handlowe ("galeria"), sklepy spożywcze, kawiarnie/jadłodajnie, bankomat, komunikacja publiczna i atrakcja turystyczna (Stare Miasto) - wszystko w zasięgu 10-15 minut spaceru; do tego kablówka i wifi, kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne utensylia, łazienka też ok; miejsce na parkingu podziemnym, tuż obok schodów/windy. Minusy: brak klimatyzacji oznacza konieczność otwarcia/uchylenia okien i pogodzenia się ze znacznym hałasem z ulicy - szczególnie uciążliwym nocą; meble średnio wygodne i średniej jakości; brodzik kabiny prysznicowej niestabilny i nosi ślady zmęczenia; jeden klucz do drzwi wejściowych utrudnia korzystanie dwóm osobom; czystość podłóg zostawia trochę do życzenia; nieco skomplikowany dojazd do parkingu podziemnego od Warszawskiej (ulice jednokierunkowe); wobec tych zastrzeżeń cena wydaje się nieco za wysoka.
